Advocacy
Micah proudly represents Congressional District 7 on the Executive Committee of the Texas Democratic Party. He also serves on the Steering Committee of the Harris County Democratic Party and as co-lead in Strong Towns Houston. Previously, Micah has served as a Biden-Harris appointee to the Platform Committee at the Democratic National Convention, a lead organizer for the 2025 Tour to Save Democracy, and in leadership roles at the Project Liberal Foundation and the Center for New Liberalism.
Experience
Micah has worked as a campaign manager for a city council race and in government roles at the Harris County Commissioners Court, the Harris County Attorney’s Office, and the Texas State Senate. He has also previously, over the duration of two years, worked at a performance school for special needs kids and adults.
Education
Micah graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in economics from the University of Houston. After receiving a perfect score on the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT), he is now set to pursue a law degree on a merit-based scholarship at the University of Virginia School of Law this upcoming fall.
